My resets aren’t structured in black and white because feeling too restricted can mess with me mentally. So instead of rules, I have a handful of guidelines I’ll stick to:
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, especially those high in fiber.
Foods high in B vitamins and vitamin C are natural energizers.
Tea before bed helps calm me down and get a great night’s sleep
Hydration is key for clear skin and organ detoxing.
